Yoga found me in 2004 and provided a doorway for self-discovery. I received his 200-hour YTT Blissology Certification in Bali, Indonesia May 2018.
For me, yoga is “the way in.” My yoga practice offers me an opportunity to converse with myself and within myself. Yoga has provided me with the ability to recalibrate my energy, heal my body and soul, as well as redefining my beliefs and values. Let’s just say there is a lot going on.
My focus as a yoga teacher is to share my love of yoga. I encourage them to enjoy a full mind-body-breath experience and discover the acceptance of peace. Yoga is healing, but that healing takes time, self-awareness, self-acceptance, as well as bravery and courage.
With patience and compassion, I am committed to holding an inclusive space for students in order to foster a yoga practice of empowerment and acceptance.

Bear. Bears have always spoken to my heart. Strength and confidence. Becoming attuned to bear medicine appeals to me on so many levels. The importance of solitude, quiet time, and rest. Bears invoke feelings of courage in the face of challenges. Bears remind me to stand for my beliefs and my truth.
