My athletic path and enthusiasm for healthy living lead me to explore yoga. I was originally attracted to yoga to strengthen my own body and listen I competed in the sport of diving for 10 years , I continue to trail run, mountain bike and ski. My natural ability to teach and engage students along with my passion for well-being is reflected in my teaching!
