While working on a Master's degree in 2007, I felt the negative impact of stress and sitting for long hours at a desk first hand in my body. I tried yoga to see if it would help, and witnessed immediate positive effects. After completing a 200hr training in 2010, I knew I wanted to share this practice with others and I have been teaching and learning since. When I am not teaching yoga I love to be active and in nature, especially surfing!
