This course EMPOWERS students to customize yoga asanas for the unique needs of each body. We do this because we know in yoga there’s no such thing as a “one-size fits-all” model. 

Much of current yoga is good, but not great. Too often people are not crystal clear with what the intention is of each pose and how it should truly feel in the body. This creates a disconnection and as a result too many people are getting injured or not getting the fullest benefit of the poses that they could.

This course is all about teaching students about somatic movement.

This course will teach you how to implement Blissology’s lines of D.U.O (Dynamic Unifying Opposition) to balance the forces of tension and compression so that you get the most stretch in the safest way possible for you and your joints.

This work is an extension of Align Your Yoga, Align Your Life Part 1 where we will further expand your knowledge of poses so that you get a deeper understanding of yoga asanas, taking into consideration both cerebral knowledge and kinesthetic intelligence. A yoga class is basically a choreography and certain movements go together and some don’t. As yoga instructors we are trying to create physical and psychological benefits of our classes and one of the most important parts is intelligent sequencing—we want to make both the art and science of sequences that feel incredible in the body, mind, and hearts of our students.

We want to show you the underlying patterns that will bring your classes to the next level.

Superflow “Flow State Fitness” is an evolutionary movement art, created by master teacher Eoin Finn that blends the focus and integration of yoga with chi movements and organic surf-inspired flow.

This joyous way of moving was born of sand and salt air many decades ago; and with it we become more in rhythm with nature and the intelligence that guides all life. Superflow complements a linear vinyasa practice, challenges your fitness, and fills you with stoke.

This course is for you if you are an intermediate yoga practitioner, a yoga teacher, or someone who loves exploring holistic movement practice.

If you want to go deep into yoga philosophy, meditation and asana plus explore how we can make reverence for nature the heart of our yoga practice this course is a must!

There are two tracks to this course:

1. Unpack Yoga Philosophy as it is. I want you to know the original teachings of yoga and the lineage it comes from. It is rich and powerful, yet it is not perfect. There may be adaptations that we need to make yoga work for us. We will study Classical Yoga, the Bhagavad Gita, Buddhism, Tantra and Taoism.

2. I want you to be clear on the dharma of Blissology; the philosophy of happiness that comes from interconnection and relationship. We will strengthen our ability to access our “wise guide inside”; a place of infinite love, joy and peace and learn how to bring this into our daily lives.

If you are a yogi who wants to transform your practice from just asana to truly becoming a healer or if you are a health care professional who wants to learn the healing power of yoga, compassion, and mindfulness, then this course is for you! You don’t need to be a yoga teacher or have done a previous Blissology training to join us.

Teaching yoga is both a Science and an Art. This groundbreaking course offers both those tools: the logical ones such as understanding sequencing and the rhythm of a Blissology flow class; as well as the more subtle, intangible skills required to become a proficient yoga teacher: feeling and working with the energy of your class, and using your voice: the instrument of the soul.

This module is the last course that is part of our 100 hr Online YTT. You will use techniques you have honed in the first two courses (Align Your Yoga, Align Your Life AND Commit to Bliss) and apply them to both your own practice as well as teaching scenarios. This way, you will be ready to teach classes that flow, are technically sound and share a powerful experience with your students.

As a result, you will become crystal clear on the tools to help transfer knowledge in a way that students can understand and build yoga poses up from the inside out.

Why we are believers in Online Education, especially for Yogis:

When we offered our first online program in April 2020, it was the beginning of the pandemic; and we had to act quickly. Eoin filmed and edited the first Commit to Bliss and Superflow Courses on his own in our living room; while Insiya attempted to homeschool their son; who also got involved with helping with the filming!

From that first course to now over twenty partially interactive/self-guided courses that we have offered since 2020, here are a few lessons we’ve learned that we would LOVE to share with you all.

These insights have come from our own experience, as well as from feedback from our global student body. Interestingly, one of the positive fallouts from the pandemic; has been the growth of online learning; and its acceptance in academic circles as a dynamic form of sharing education.

As yogis + educators we believe firmly that yoga should be able to be accessed by as many humans as possible. It can only serve to raise our collective vibration, something we need especially now. And if we can use technology in a smart, positive way, we support these tools. Here’s why.

Online Learning makes Yoga More Accessible

We are able to share yoga no matter where you are. Students have joined us from remote caribbean islands with no yoga schools, to the midst of the Yukon in Northern Canada. Choosing to study online also makes trainings more financially feasible. You no longer have to spend on travel, on food, or accommodation; but can learn from the comfort of your own home.

We can connect to an incredible community Online.

Connection is our Currency at Blissology. Most courses are taught in a hybrid approach of self-guided lectures; as well as live, interactive sessions; and mentors with whom you work in small groups. We have found that when we share our learning journey with a course cohort, we also are more inclined to offer up honest, authentic shares. This has been such a powerful place of connection for us during the pandemic; and we see it only expanding in the future.
