Several Students have written to me recently saying, “Eoin, I’m lost.” Others said, “I didn’t realise I was slipping into anxiety.” In some messages people told me, “I feel stuck.” I feel it so deeply. These have been such trying times for all of us. I want to share as well that, “I’m anxious and lost too. I’m too trying to keep my head in a positive space.”
With summer now here in the Northern Hemisphere and the restrictions easing, the climate has changed.
To help us get unstuck from these feelings and in hopes to help us lose the lostness, I will be leading a meditation that is focused on kindness for your own self so you can commit to relaxing the constricted places in your body with long, calm breaths. We will use breathing and meditation techniques honed from decades of study that I have turned to over and over again especially during this unprecedented year.
When we have released the issues from our tissues, we can breathe in lightness and let go of all the tightness. It sounds simple and it yet it’s a complex dance of connecting with ourselves more deeply. Come shed some layers with our global community. Let’s lose the lostness and come together to create an UPWARD SPIRAL.
