Adam Brous

Adam Brous is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor in Denver, Colorado. Adam has always been inspired by wellbeing, and for over 14 years he has dedicated his passion and curiosity to the shared experience of yoga. Adam studies and teaches Blissology, a yoga system exploring strategies for bringing more joy, awe, love and bliss into our lives while deepening our connection to community and nature.

Adam teaches an enthusiastic and engaging yoga class that draws from multiple lineages of yoga and meditation. Adam’s intention is to learn, practice, and share the study of yoga with students and teachers by being available and resonant, by cultivating a meaningful environment, and by acting as a conduit of prana and healing.
