I am Tripura – the goddess of the heavens, reality and the underworld . The name Tripura was given to me by Baba Hari Das and the truth of this name becomes clearer everyday.

What is your spirit animal and why?
Bear – At a young age I dreamt of bears. Later in life I found myself living in bear country around British Columbia. Ironically, Revelstoke has symbols and statues of bears marking the downtown core. In 2007 myself & dear friend opened a yoga studio and called it Balu Yoga & Wellness which is still open however I do not own it anymore. Later I found out that Balu translated from Hindi means bear. As I evolve I know it’s time to weave all the knowledge I’ve gained through Massage Therapy, Yoga and endless hours of continuing educations courses from both modalities together to offer my understanding of how to enhance the human condition to my community close and far. The message of bear energy is to “stay true” and this not the time to “play dead” but rather engage and inspire.

What is your favorite Blissology memory?
My very first training, Advanced Adjustments & Alignment, and being in total AWE of the energy in the room. It felt like everyone knew each other so well and the quality of connection was off the charts. I was new to it all so shyly sat in an open space. Eoin entered the room and settled into the open space beside me. Although stunned and StarStruck by his energy I knew this was the beginning of an incredible path forward.
