The Skill of Chill: Embodied Physiology to make Deep Peace your Set Point

This Skill of Chill Workshop will radically change the way we view breath, presence, and meditation. You will see these skills are not hard work but a total joy. You will learn the tools of “embodied physiology” so that you can make peace your set point. We will practice a Blissology technique called the “Manipura Loop” where we learn to somatically calm our adrenals and reset our nervous tone back to balance. These tools are a fusion of ancient wisdom with modern science.
We will share intelligent and practical techniques that allow us to become more present, while experiencing the profound connection to our bodies, our community and nature. After an insightful lecture, we enjoy a slow-flow practice that culminates with a meditation experience that is nothing short of paradigm shifting. Your meditation will change from a chore to an absolute joy and from hard to easy. As a result, deep presence will forever be available to you, and you will find that you can move from breath work to breath enjoyment.
