The last year has been a journey for so many of us in so many ways. Let’s come together on our mats to restore our bodies, minds and hearts and create space for new beginnings. Insiya is so thrilled to share a healing birthday practice with you all. The cost of the class is pay as you please; 20% of the proceeds from this class will go to BC Cancer.
