Blissology offers an immersive, accelerated learning environment where students can dive deep into the ethos of Blissology yoga. Science meets spirit and students are given the opportunity to explore enlightening insights about DUO, sensation-guided attunement, biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, philosophy, and sequencing.

Through each training, students will uncover and unlock body intelligence, their own truths, and an authentic voice – ready to walk the path of yoga with a wealth of heart, knowledge, and wisdom. Students will explore a highly intelligent system for customizing the practice for each body’s unique needs. Poses will be felt from the inside out – a new way of yoga paved by knowledge, reverence, and kindness for yourself and the practice.
