What to expect

Through yoga, embodiment practices, meditation and philosophy you will develop insights about how nature is our essential spiritual portal. While your asana practice will gain a fresh context, fluidity and blissful vitality, your heart will feel uplifted and connected to something beautiful.

After class, Eoin will do a brief talk on EcoKarma- a call for ecologists and yogis to manifest the changes we want to see in the world with integrity and love and a project he’s been working on for the past few years.

*Please bring an object you found in nature that means something to you for our Blissology Mandala that we will collectively create as a community at the start of this class. Examples could be fallen leaves, flowers, seeds etc.

Register here. All the profit from the workshop goes to Hawaii EcoKarma coral restoration.
