What to expect
This workshop is a fluid vinyasa yoga practice as well as a ritual that honors our connection to the Ocean. Through yoga, embodiment practices, meditation and philosophy you will develop insights about how nature is our essential spiritual portal. While your asana practice will gain a fresh context, fluidity and blissful vitality, your heart will feel uplifted and connected to something beautiful.
We will watch the new Netflix documentary, “Chasing Coral,” talk about the EcoKarma Project to restore the reefs and connect the teaching of Yoga to Ecology. Expect a fluid and blissful vinyasa practice infused with both light-heartedness and depth, followed by Eoin’s powerful earth-body meditation to leave us feeling plugged in to the source of deep awe, joy and bliss. Open to all levels of yoga practitioners.
*Please bring an object you found in nature that means something to you for our Blissology Mandala that we will collectively create as a community at the start of this class. Examples could be fallen leaves, flowers, seeds etc.
