Our focus: to become unstuck from old habit patterns and open up pathways to embody new ways of being. Feel a release from stress and negative emotions and learn how finding presence in resonant, vital, harmonious movement can allow us to move into a place of happiness, light and bliss.

Sweat Your Intentions with Eoin
Happiness is our inner nature. We can always use more of it. The more we give it away, the more it comes back. When we release tension from our body and mind, we are more capable of manifesting our thoughts into the world. This class is about getting clear of what is in our hearts and removing blockages so we can collaborate with the Field around us and truly manifest what we want to see come to fruition in the world. Expect a 20 minute Blissology discussion, then we will flow into Eoin’s dynamic Blissology Yoga class. All levels are welcome in the “All Levels, All Good” experience. You will be surprised what happens when you are in a room filled with positive energy, great yoga and music. We will end with a profound meditation that will have an incredible effects on your life. The main work of my life is to make sure that Nature remains the source of our deepest spiritual sustenance. As a surfer, I see the ocean as my temple, my playground, my gym and often our supermarket. We are so intimately connected to the ocean—every tear and every drop of sweat comes and goes from the ocean; every second breath we take is produced by the plankton in our Oceans. Yet, the ocean is in incredible trouble.
Like you, it makes me angry. However, yogic wisdom has helped me transmute my anger into energy for constructive change. EcoKarma is a call for ecologists and yogis to manifest the changes they want to see in the world with integrity and love. Yoga of Love with Eoin
What is Love? Where does it come from? How does so much of it fit into one small body? Why do we have such a hard time letting it guide us? These are all questions that I have contemplated my whole life.
Through yoga practice we can quiet the body/mind and open up to the experience of this incredible state of consciousness. There is no more worthwhile human pursuit than this. Love is the philosophy that will help us see beyond our own selves and act in way that is of benefit to others. This is the heart of the environmental movement, positive social change, profound relationships, and deeply meaningful life. Getting in touch with the essence of Love requires constant cultivation. These skills are not always taught and this workshop will guide us and encourage us to use yoga as a means to open up to this experience.

Superflow: Ocean Inspired Yoga with Eoin
Flow is the essence of our being. It involves being present to every breath that we take and to our collective universal breath. In alignment-based flow yoga we move in a linear synchronicity, patterning our bodies to the alignment of yoga asanas. While this moving in a linear fashion is incredible learning and discipline, we tend to focus on this disciplined learning of movement, while ignoring our innate developmental movement patterns, the spiraling, circular forms of movement that are essential to our innate selves that we call “Super flow.” Drawing inspiration from Yoga, ancient martial arts, dance, surfing, ski and snowboard maneuvers, Super Flow is an ecstatic form of movement. Set to music, it starts off slowly allowing ourselves to feel centered and open in our bodies. Gradually we build up in intensity, spiraling back in touch with the joy of movement.

The Yoga of Conscious Parenting with Insiya
We all seek to parent with presence, compassion and love and yet real life often gets in the way. Join yogini, ayurvedic practitioner and mama Insiya Rasiwala-Finn in this stimulating workshop where she will share tangible insights from yoga’s sister science of Ayurveda to bring more balance, space, health, ease and love for our children and ourselves in the fast pace of modern life.
This workshop includes a discussion, pranayama and meditation. Bring a journal and pen. No asana practice.

Joy Ride: Embodied Bliss Flow with Eoin
We will take time to get centered and to tune into the “wise guide inside.” We will tune into our compassionate, intuitive and present selves. Expect to warm up with joyous and fluid standing poses, followed by some core work, some deep climax poses and lots of time to stretch and calm the nervous system during the final wind down. We will free ourselves of any conditioning to have our self-worth judged by others and connect deeply to our inner Blissologist that is happy for no good reason. Explore what a pleasure it is to tune into our joy-body in this yoga class and in life.
