What to expect
Start your day with an early morning yoga session in The Greatest Place to warm up the body and mind. Grab a cup of tea on your way to a musical meditation walk for a spiritual refresh. Then, return to the festival grounds and grab a bite from a delicious local food purveyor. Take a seat and invigorate your mind at one of the cutting-edge Speakeasy talks. In the late afternoon, join a heart-pounding HIIT session, take a Thai massage class or take flight in an aerial yoga hammock. As dusk falls, grab a pair of headphones and join others dancing to the beats of dueling live DJs at our signature silent disco. That’s just a sample of what’s awaiting you.
From intimate, advanced yoga classes taught by world-renowned instructors in The Lab, to the open air fitness studio where you’ll find your new favorite way to break a sweat to The Haven where you’ll wind down with revitalizing bodywork sessions—over the course of two days, Great Lawn Park will serve as your urban retreat. Joy Ride: Embodied Bliss Flow
We will take time to get centered and to tune into the “wise guide inside.” We will tune into our compassionate, intuitive and present selves. Expect to warm up with joyous and fluid standing poses, followed by some core work, some deep climax poses and lots of time to stretch and calm the nervous system during the final wind down. We will free ourselves of any conditioning to have our self-worth judged by others and connect deeply to our inner Blissologist that is happy for no good reason. Explore what a pleasure it is to tune into our joy-body in this yoga class and in life.

Be ready for a deep Blissology Slow Flow Yoga Practice and an incredible meditation experience that is nothing short of paradigm shifting.
