Align Your Yoga, Align Your Life is a deep dive into the world of Blissology Yoga alignment.

It is the compliment to the release of Eoin’s Align Your Yoga book which will be released in conjunction this course as an ebook.

We believe in the saying that, “if you give a person a fish, he will eat for a day but if you teach them how to fish, they will eat forever.”

This course will empower you to improve not just your yoga but your relationship with gravity in all your activities.

We will do 6 online modules covering each the different areas of the body.

We will have online live and interactive sessions. This will be essential not just from a learning perspective as it makes it a two way communication. It also builds community which is the essence of Blissology.

There will be homework and readings from our amazing new Blissology Alignment eBook.

Blissology is about connecting to our place of deep stillness inside and brining more love and kindness to our our bodies and minds, our communities and nature.

No longer are we trying to create poses that we fit into but we are creating poses that fit us.

You will learn whole new approach to yoga alignment that will up level your yoga to make it safe, precise and joyous. You may have to unlearn old habits but we strongly believe that the Blissology Yoga Alignment system is the future of yoga.

You will feel incredible, your body will last longer and the risk of injury is low to none.

You will improve your relationship with gravity so that you can find grounded spaciousness on the yoga mat but also in your sports and in daily activities.

This scope of this work is applicable off of the yoga mat as well. This is body architecture! We want you to understand the biomechanics of sustainable human movement.

Do I need to be a Yoga Instructor to sign up for this course?
No, but we ask that you are a dedicated practitioner who is keen to learn.

I am based in the UK and I would like to know if the sessions are being recorded so I can access them offline as I cannot do them live?
We will run some Zoom calls at 1 PM London time to accommodate those in the European time zone. All the calls will be recorded and posted to Teachable after so you’ll be able to watch them at any time. You will also still be able to ask questions through our Facebook group and discussions on Teachable.

When will I have access to the videos? 
We will send the intro video two days before the start of the course and the first video session will be released on June 10.
