Midsummer Bliss: A Yoga Retreat -August 1-5, 2024

Salt Spring Island, BC.

Will you join us on a retreat to distill and shift? And…, can we leave our phones behind?

This is a retreat to deepen your practice, shift habit patterns and infuse your body, mind and spirit with a call for change. And we’ll support you fully in the process.

We’re hosting it at Stowel Lake Farm — a thriving wellness community, organic farm and retreat centre on Salt Spring Island, BC. The farm is located on over a hundred acres of mixed forests, fields, rocky outcrops and rolling hills and is run by a community of people dedicated to the health and vitality of the land, ourselves and our planet. We are so excited to experience this with you!

Ps. If you are a yoga teacher and need YA CEUs, you get 20 hours for this retreat.

Insiya + Eoin

A weekend of intention, flow and stillness.

To grow, we must radiate outward from within; we must confront our edges, or at least reach them with honesty and clarity. The practice of yoga takes us there. The practice of Blissology guides us to live life with intention, purpose and empathy. We learn how to fear less and live more.

This retreat is for you whether you are dipping your toes into practice, if you have a practice you want to dive deeper into; or whether you are a teacher looking to re-ignite your love for yoga and wellness. Yoga Teachers can receive 20 Yoga Alliance CEUS for attending the retreat.

How do we find our centre in a chaotic, spinning world? How do we clarify our focus? What do we point our attention towards in life? On our yoga mats? How can we experience awareness?

We ask ourselves the big questions; and through the practices, we let them seep in. Life slows down, we make space for breath, connection, heart-space, freedom and beauty; in the safe container of community.

We believe that a connection to Nature offers us a way to reconnect with what is real and essential to live life in coherence and kindness. But if you’re looking for more of the “why” you should join us, read on.

You will relish our yoga space: the Gatehouse

Our home for 5 days. This beautiful space with its high, curved roof and warm wooden floors offers glorious light and serene vistas out to the farm, along with everything you need for your practice.

The food is just outstanding…

Enjoy delicious, organic vegetarian meals every morning, noon and evening, made with love, harvested right at Stowel Lake. Did we mention the dark choc spelt cookies? 🙂

Summer is our favourite season in the Northwest. The days feel endless, the air is fresh and the sun warm. Settle your soul and bask in every moment.

“When I think back to every Blissology retreat that I’ve been on, a huge smile spreads across my face. I’ve connected with so many wonderful souls in so many beautiful places. Truly, truly blessed.”

Kristine Sherliker.
